   Welcome to my website!
It's not about me, it's about what I can do for you.
Initially I created this website as a way to market myself in finding the right career opportunities. Then I learned that professional development is not about adding bullet points to your resume, it's actually a great tool to distinguish yourself and bring your best to the table. So, as I try to keep up and move up I'm documenting ideas worth sharing and stay connected with like minded professionals.

I am a Strategic Public Relations scholar, with over five years combined experience in Business Development arenas
:
  • Communications: Newsletters, Sponsorship Ask Letters, Event Collateral, Press Releases, Grants;
  • Inside Sales: lead generation, proposals management, developing strategic-channel relationships;
  • Event Marketing: sponsorship packages, event management;
  • Social Engagement Branding.
My experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies, small consulting firms and NPO's (Non-Profit Organizations) as a full-time professional or in a consulting capacity.
Find me on
Twitter and LinkedIn.

Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE): What PR Practitioners Need to Know

"This Advertising Value Equivalency (AVE) thing won?t go away," she replied. "A client is insisting we use them and multiply the results by 2.5, which she says is the 'standard' industry multiplier. I explained that AVEs are not the value of public relations. But the client doesn?t want to change what they?ve been doing for a long time."
